Say No To Violence! Awareness Raising Breakfast: Victoria Against Violence

Say No To Violence!

16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is an international campaign challenging violence against women and children. The campaign runs every year from 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, to 10 December, Human Rights Day. It was initiated in 1991 by the first Women’s Global Leadership Institute, held by the Center for Women’s Global Leadership (CWGL) at Rutgers University. Currently, more than 3,700 organisations from approximately 164 countries participate in the campaign annually.

No To Violence inc. Men’s Referral Service (NTV/MRS) is the peak body for the men’s family violence prevention and early-internvetion sector. We acknowledge the gendered nature and dynamics of men’s violence against women and children, and what we must do as a society to end this scourge.

As the peak body with a growing national voice, membership base and presence, we want to demonstrate our commitment to seeing the end of men’s use of violence against women and children.

Please register and join us in raising awareness about gendered-based violence, and how we can strive towards a safer community for women and children.

We hope to see you at our awareness raising breakfast for light refreshments.
